OF NOTE: Bounced back from missing his junior season due to illness. He won the BCAA meet by 22 seconds and was second in the district and region meets to eventual state champion Ryan Pickering.
ATHLETE'S QUOTE: "I had to have a little patience after not being able to run last year. My training paid off. I got a top-15 finish at state and my PR, so it was a pretty good season. I'm looking forward to track, running the fast, shorter distances [in the 1,600 and 3,200]."
