Back in 2012 at the Bolles Bulldog Classic, Sukhi made his presence known across the State winning the 3200 in 9:16.73.  Only a sophomore, the expectations rose quickly that Sukhi would have a splendid high school career ahead of him.

During his junior year at Leon, the accolades and numbers speak for themselves.  State Champion.  Dream Mile Finalist.  State Meet 1600 record holder.  FSU ARP State Meet course record holder, 14:59.45. He's also gone 4:05.96 in the 1600 and 8:59.50 in the 3200.

That was then. This is a brand new year year and Sukhi is now the State's best chance to not only earn another State title but to also represent the South at Foot Locker Nationals. 

But first, there are hurdles.  As great as Sukhi's sophomore and junior year's were for Leon, there was a sense of what could have been?  What could have been if he was healthy for Foot Locker South, where he ultimately finished out of the top 10 and out of the running for Nationals? 

What if he had been really been on during the Dream Mile?

Sukhi enters the 2014 XC season as the harrier to beat.  His fellow teammates on the Leon boys team are the highest ranked team in the State according to Dyestat.  They are presently ranked 69th (Chiles is ranked 88th).

Will Sukhi break his course record at FSU?  Will he go undefeated in Florida?  Will he run Foot Locker or will Leon attend NXN?  If he competes at Foot Locker South, will he finish in the top 10 to qualify for Foot Locker Nationals?  Where will he decide to attend college?

These are some of the storylines concerning Sukhi we'll be following during his senior season for Leon.
